Letter of the initial consultation contract

This service agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the client and IYA Immigration Services (IYASI), a member of the CICC, CRIC membership number R731667, to arrange an initial consultation to assess the client's situation and provide professional advice regarding Canadian immigration regulations. IYASI agrees to hold a single session to answer any questions related to Canadian immigration, subject to the session's time limit.

The client(s) will be charged a fee by choosing one of the following options: 95 Canadian dollars for a 45-minute consultation. If you are in Canada, taxes will be added. The total consultation fee will be paid by the client(s) or their representative to IYASI at the time of submitting the initial consultation request.

The initial consultation will take place via Google Meet or, depending on the needs, in person.

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Fees will be refunded after a $50 administrative fee has been deducted. No refunds will be given for changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation.

Lateness: In case of lateness, the duration of the session will not be extended and will end at the originally scheduled time.

Your initial consultation fee will be fully credited towards your future professional fees when you work with us .

All information provided by the client(s) to IYASI will remain confidential between the client(s) and IYASI.

The client(s) agree that initial interviews, phone calls, and emails will not, in themselves, create a client-advisor relationship and will not make IYASI the client's representative. Any information received by IYASI during interviews, phone calls, or emails before the client has properly retained IYASI will be a general explanation of the law and regulations and should not be used for a self-representation claim.

By entering into this Agreement, the Client(s) acknowledge(s) having had the opportunity to obtain, and having been advised to obtain, independent legal advice. Notwithstanding such advice, the Client(s) have chosen to enter into this Agreement voluntarily and of their own free will, without undue influence or coercion of any kind. The Client further confirms by entering into this Agreement that they understand all the terms and conditions contained herein and that they have had the opportunity to review them before signing.

If the client(s) wish to proceed on the basis described above, they will complete the online consultation request assessment form and submit a copy of their identity document.

The client(s) must pay the corresponding consultation fees described in this contract before requesting a consultation session and confirm their understanding and agreement with the terms and conditions of this contract.

The client(s) acknowledge having read this contract, understood it, obtained the independent legal advice they deem appropriate, requested a translation if necessary and agree to be bound by its terms.

The client(s) acknowledge having requested that this contract be written in English.
